is organizing a public auction (English auction, increasing price) for sale of the asset identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To view the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate, prior to the set date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

In case of an award, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion to RON will be performed on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date. The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the auction participation regulations, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT. The terms can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone and will be sent via email to the participant.
The bidding guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared winner and will be returned to unsuccessful participants.

In the event of equal price bids, the winner will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest period.

The price payment deadline is 5 working days from the moment of awarding. Should the rest of the price not be paid, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as guarantee and will no longer be allowed to participate in future auctions organized.
