EBS 4S/2M WABCO air brake system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/EC - ECE R13/09, brake pad wear indicator connected

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2x 20t support load with pivot foot

Electrical System:
All lighting in LED design, 24-volt electrical installation consisting of:
A 15-pin socket mounted in front of the kingpin on the chassis frame, amber side marker lights in required quantity, rear position lights, front clearance lights, rear number plate lights, all lighting according to standard 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC, 2 multi-chamber rear lights mounted at the turntable on aluminum brackets per 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC, 2 swivel-mounted LED work lights left and right on top of the tank, yellow warning light at rear at hose tube height, 2x reversing lights in underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at the height of the landing legs (each switchable from the energy console)

Tank Design:
A horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn) manufactured, single-chamber tank, capacity 35,000 liters, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery, 2" kingpin according to standard 94/20/EC

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test overpressure 3.0 bar - working pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°

Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and folding dome covers. The dome covers are closed pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each, support for dome covers on top for storage, rain deflector closed at front-open at rear

Discharge System:
2 discharge cones with synthetic fabric aeration pads, individual discharge lines DN 100 made of steel led rearwards, 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the lines, DN 100 ball valve with ring nozzle at outlet, remote control for ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.

Air Piping:
A 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted on the control side RIGHT. Air line routed forward to the end of the silo with check valve and connection hose DN 65 for compressor with Storz-B coupling. Air manifold equipped with ball valves for top air, auxiliary air and loosening, top air 2” at rear right, PRESSURISED AIR INLET REAR RIGHT, external air connection Storz C at rear RIGHT, pneumatic connection with blow-off gun and spiral hose on top walkway near access ladder, 1x vibrator on top of tank, air line in center of top walkway for cleaning with gun, air line at bottom in stow box for cleaning with gun.

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at rear left of vehicle, 1 pneumatic aluminum safety scissor guardrail with lock system acting on the brake, 1 aluminum...
