Manufactured for in-line weight checking of cartons travelling on the conveyor belt, with an accuracy of 20 g (specifically, cartons with glass bottles – full bottle verification).

Cartons can move closely one behind another on the conveyor belt; the section of conveyor connected to the checkweigher automatically spaces them for correct weighing (separation is achieved via conveyor speed control—slower and faster belt sections).

Measuring range: 400 g to 20,000 g (0.4 – 20 kg)

If an incorrect carton weight is detected, the carton is rejected by an air piston onto an inspection platform, and the checkweigher alerts the operator by flashing a red beacon and emitting an audible warning for manual inspection (the scale continues normal operation and weighs subsequent cartons immediately).
