Lamella Case Clamp with Rapid Advance

Lamella case clamp from our showroom;
Working range: width from 150 to 2,500 mm, height from 150 to 1,400 mm; depth 700 mm;

- Upper lamella press beam with 6 elements, side lamella press beam with 5 elements
- Lamella press beam with proven tolerance compensation for tightly pressed carcass joints
- Counter-pressure surfaces feature 40 mm thick, coated continuous bearing plates
- The pressing force of the press beams is electronically and continuously regulated via 2 potentiometers and set using a frequency inverter, ensuring absolutely wear-free torque transmission.
- Pressing force for horizontal press beams: min. 500 daN (kg) to continuously adjustable max. 2,200 daN (kg)
- Pressing force for vertical press beams: min. 300 daN (kg) to continuously adjustable max. 2,200 daN (kg)

- Including option:

Rapid advance travel speed for quick positioning of the press beams, controlled by automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the press beams. Pressing speeds: 5/10/25 mm/sec and rapid advance travel speed 50 mm/sec; sensors can be switched off for special part pressing.
- Jog mode for precise positioning of both press beams, e.g., for low pressing forces, drawers and carcasses at 45 degrees.

Easy operation via 6 separate push buttons. Freely adjustable pressing time preselection with automatic opening, loading height 300 mm.
