Ilpra Tray Sealer MAP FP400 Overskin

Κατάσταση: μεταχειρισμένο, Έτος κατασκευής: 2013, Λειτουργικότητα: πλήρως λειτουργικό, αριθμός μηχανήματος/οχήματος: 4514927-4514928, Available: printed manuals for both the SLAU 80-60 shrink wrapper and the TR 65-150 shrink tunnel. Automatic "L"-sealer packaging machine, ULMA brand, SLAU model, with heat shrink tunnel, designed for packaging all types of products, with either shrink or non-shrink film, achieving outputs of up to 45 cycles/min. Highly versatile machine: its straightforward adjustment systems allow for quick changeovers to different products. Seamless packs are produced, both on the top and bottom of the product, achieving excellent product visibility with or without shrink film. The SLAU is specifically engineered for frequent format changes and therefore incorporates systems where all adjustments can be made quickly and easily, without the need for additional tools. Automatic inline product feeding via conveyor belt, with product separation and alignment, and manual belt width adjustment. 90° motorised film reel holder with mechanical perforation system and end-of-film detection. Manually adjustable forming triangle height. Horizontal and vertical photocells for product detection. Three options for film sealing and cutting: STD: with nichrome wire, OPC: hot PE knife or sealing bar. The latter two feature electronic temperature control. Sealing bar opening adjustment via three-position pneumatic actuator, increasing productivity for low profile products. Welding bar with safety end pieces to prevent products from jamming if obstacles are encountered during transit. Closing conveyors to facilitate transfer of small and/or unstable items. Sealing centre adjustment by means of bar elevation. Easy-access automatic film waste winder with film break detector. Control and adjustment of functions and parameters via programmable PLC. Sturdy frame made of powder-coated steel tubing. Equipped with wheels and adjustable feet for easy transport and placement. Right-to-left machine direction version. Easy integration into existing production lines. Full accessibility to all machine components. Ventilated control cabinet. Safety guards and systems comply with CE standards. Available in painted or stainless steel version. ULMA TR 65-150 hot air tunnel, designed for shrink wrapping film onto products exiting side-seal wrappers, bundle packers, flow packers, overlap wrappers, or other packaging machines. High heat output tunnel, low energy consumption, and minimal heat loss. Sturdy, powder-coated steel frame. Easily integrates into existing lines. Adjustable-height wheels and feet. Right-to-left operation. Electronic temperature and conveyor speed control. Tsdjykqhfspfx Amzjd Homogeneous hot air distribution within the chamber for significant energy savings. Maximum insulation to minimise heat loss.
