organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset(s), the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 06.04.2026 from 09:00–12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

During the course of organizing public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may also organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of successful bidding, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be done on the date the invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The specifications booklet for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. This document can be acquired at the liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee for the auction will amount to 10% of the starting price. It must be submitted, together with the auction registration documents, at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset(s) for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those who are not awarded any asset.

In the case of a tie, the successful bidder will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the award date. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the awarded bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized for these assets.
