This listing is for a 190-litre rectangular boiling kettle, gas version, from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850 (10018809). The unit is equipped with a secure safety drain valve for easy emptying. Features include a thermostatic temperature controller, automatic operating water monitoring and replenishment, and constant operational readiness. The rapid steam system (Vapro) ensures short heat-up times; the double-jacket kettle, with a separate (integrated and maintenance-free) steam generator, guarantees low energy and water consumption as well as high efficiency for fast heating. The kettle has undergone a new inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. It is in good used condition.

The boiling kettle is available from calendar week 15.
