The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT ID RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator for the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (Romanian: în faliment, English: in bankruptcy, French: en faillite), having its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 of the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in File no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026 under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the liquidator will set an inspection day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00 and 12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator at 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate, prior to the scheduled date.

During the auction process, the liquidator will organize additional inspection days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In the event of a successful bid, the liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Payment conversion into RON will be calculated on the date the invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) applicable on that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction specifications (terms of reference) required for participating in the auction will be prepared by the liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. The specifications can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone and will be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This guarantee, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to unsuccessful participants.

In case of equal bids, preference will be given to the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The price payment deadline is 5 working days from the date of the auction. If payment is not made within this deadline, the bidder will forfeit the advance paid as guarantee and will no longer be eligible to participate in subsequent auctions to be organized.
