Glass beading saw mounted on a sliding worktable

Designed for simultaneous cutting of pairs of glazing beads on the sliding worktable.

The RU-GL glass beading saw is mounted on a sliding worktable with scanning and clamping device for two glazing beads. Cutting length min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw fixed, right saw manually adjustable on sliding carriage. Pneumatic clamping system from the top and the side, two-hand safety control. Saw motors 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding worktable with felt cover, length with side shelf 3300 mm, width 1400 mm, working height 800 - 1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable counter supports for positioning sashes.

Pos. 1.6 Operating time switch unit for independent extraction system. Adjustable from 5 sec. to 3 hrs. With every sawing operation, extraction runs for the set time automatically. If another saw cut is made during the extraction time, the set extraction time starts anew.
