With a highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be cut with optimal precision. The automatic initial height detection, arc voltage control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality with the highest possible repeat accuracy. The fully automated program sequence, along with the long service life of the consumables, actively helps to significantly minimize cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with easy handling and functionality. Thanks to the automatic piercing function, preheating times and the engagement of cutting oxygen are CNC controlled. Sheets up to 80 mm thick can be cut extremely economically. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane and is equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a robust water table. The longitudinal guide mechanisms are mounted with high precision on machined surfaces. The durable cutting grate features offset, serrated support slats, providing optimal support for sheet material and reducing slag formation on the workpiece, excessive lamella wear, and saving real money on post-processing and maintenance. The depth of the tank is exactly matched to capture and cool the slag, is easy to clean, and collects dust generated during cutting.
