SOEST Oberflächenlinie neuwertig RCR-400-L Reserve & VP-400-1B-2P-2B

SOEST Universal surface treatment line for oiling, staining, lye application, patination, etc.
Primarily suitable for parquet surfaces up to 40 cm workpiece width.

1) RCR-400-L Reverse roller coater for applying and removing surface products such as oils, stains, lacquers, etc.
2) VP-400-1B-2P-2B multi-head brushing and disc machine, equipped with one brush, two pad holders, and an additional two brushes. Designed for distributing, working in, or patinating surface media into pores, as well as for removing, distributing, and blending various finishing effects as desired.
3) Accessories include two spare application rollers, a brand new material pump (never used), four spare brushes, various application pads, and a pneumatic brush cleaning machine.

This complete surface finishing line is built for professional industrial use and is equipped with the maximum range of options. The package also includes extensive accessories, such as additional rollers and cleaning machines (see photos!). It features a robust construction with all motors frequency controlled (Siemens). Speed can be continuously adjusted, both synchronously and in reverse. Maximum workpiece width approx. 410 mm.

The system is in excellent condition, having been used for only about 180 operating hours, making it virtually as new. It served only as an auxiliary line in a parquet production facility and was only used for specific surface techniques, hence the low operating hours. The line was used intermittently from 2019–2022.

In 2023, our company downsized, so the line has been stored since then and is immediately available. Accordingly, it is in nearly new condition!

The system is no longer needed and is therefore for sale. The new price for this line in 2019 was approximately €87,000; the current asking price is negotiable!
