Chassis

Hnedpjy Rwl Eefx Amlel
Aluminium, cranked chassis (volume version -80-100 mm), two fully automatically welded I-beams with welded crossmembers. Integrated tipping shaft welded into both longitudinal beams and mounted in plastic bushings, providing a long service life. Chassis width: 1,600 mm

Axles and Suspension
430 mm disc brakes. DCA axle assemblies, version 3x9 t with air suspension, airbags centrally mounted to chassis frame, first axle liftable with start assist and manual forced lowering, Smart Board Infocenter, lifting-lowering valve.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40% tread, steel rims, 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts.

Landing Legs
Aluminium drop-leg supports with plug-in locking system, 2x10 t support load

Brake System
In accordance with E.G. standard, two-line Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, and Wabco EBS-E including RSS (Roll-Stability-System), Wabco Smartboard Infocenter, aluminium air tank system

Electrical System
In accordance with STVZO regulations, with 2x3 Aspöck three-chamber tail lights, 24V system with 2x7 and 1x15 pin sockets, side marker lights, 2 separate halogen reversing lights mounted at approximately support height on the sides, 2 headlights as RF headlights, interior left can be switched internally. All air and electric lines are neatly routed in plastic tubes!

Tipper Body/Body
Body fully welded on the inside. Aluminium body, side walls 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded. Floor 8 mm thick high-wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110). Front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design. Rear wall as universal door, straight design with double-wing doors (1/2-1/2 configuration) each with a grain chute. Universal door operated automatically-pneumatically, lockable via separate lever. Rear crossbar made from aluminium, pivotable. Two hold-downs with rubber bumpers fitted from the tipping body to the frame at the front wall.

Hydraulic System
Hydraulic cylinder mounted to the front wall, working pressure 135 bar, manufacturer Edbro, with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and 1" coupling half, stop rubber with spring buffer mounted behind the tipping cylinder.

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards, complete splash guards over the full vehicle width attached to under-run protection, spare wheel carrier, folding side underrun protection right side, 3 toolboxes left (2x stainless steel) and 1x right, approx. 3 m aluminium ladder, 3 aluminium swing bars (70 mm diameter) raised about 150 mm in the centre, additionally a central crossbar holder for positioning a total of 2 crossbars to widen the loading width. Roll tarp with a central light strip and additional reinforcement in wear areas, approx. 660 g/m² quality, with rolling tarp system. Continuous rubber rope at the rear close of the tarp with two draw hooks to fasten on rear swing bar, walkway on frame with access left and right, side fasteners with grey tensioning straps, rear tarp closure with welded-in rubber rope to prevent water ingress. Robust folding underrun protection in aluminium with two towing eyes left and right incl. locking pin, according to EC norm. 2 "Clear Pass" splash guards mounted on the mudguards. One aluminium grain funnel with dust bag mounted to the RHS of the frame, holder for shovel, broom and scraper, etc.
