The dryer requires installation of a control unit. We can arrange this, or you can order directly from Ventech.

Fans: Axial, reversible, aluminum rotors with a diameter of 800 mm, specially shaped blades. Aluminum fan housings/guides, optimally profiled.

Motors: Siemens special drying version motors, 3 kW, insulation class H, approx. 1400 rpm. Resistant to the atmosphere inside drying chambers.
Quantity: 8 units.

Heating medium: Hot water, boiler temperature 90-95°C, pressure 1.5 – 3 bar.
Heating valve: DN65 motorized three-way valve x 1 pc. for each chamber.

Spraying medium: Warm water (cold permissible), pressure 1.5 to 3 bar. DN15 solenoid spraying valve x 1 pc. for each chamber.

Door type: Lifting-sliding, both doors operated by a shared crank-lift mechanism.
