Very good condition, the machine is virtually as new. It comes from an educational institution that was closed about one year after the machine was purchased, so it has seen a maximum of 10 operating hours.

You can mill slots and drill dowel holes on two levels without reclamping.

With this machine, you can mill elongated slots for e.g. lock cases and similar items, or create all kinds of frame dowel joints: at right angles, butt joints, and mitre joints.

Ideal for producing dowel joints in timber frame construction, furniture, door, window, and staircase manufacture, and similar applications.

Thanks to two-level drilling, grid/stops, and machine design, dowel joints can be manufactured in a very short time, making the machine extremely efficient.

At the front of the machine table, there is a 2000 mm long stop rail with two flip stops on each side; the rail can be shortened or extended as required.

Workpiece clamping is done using two pneumatic clamping cylinders.

Height adjustment between drilling levels is also pneumatic; the pneumatic switch for this is located at the front of the machine, allowing rapid changeover of grids and drilling levels.

Heights of each drilling level are displayed by two mechanical counters, with adjustment screws above them for setting drilling heights.

Features a precision 12 mm indexing rail with a central index and 12 indexes to both the left and right.

Can be quickly converted for slot mortising; in this mode, the machine can be used without indexing, featuring two adjustable stops left and right, with a maximum working width of 420 mm.
