OTT Tornado TOP + LIGMATECH EKOMAT ZHR 01/R/065 return system

The machine is equipped with:
- RMV-40 automatic edge magazine, for edge band thicknesses 0.4–3 mm, end trimming shears with roller and optical sensor (shortens edge band length on the workpiece to save material)
- Automatic edge band feeder with optical monitoring for individual fixed-length edge pieces
- Combi Melt – gluing zone, suitable for both EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as for all standard cleaning granulates

Machine control:
- 15-inch color touch monitor, unlimited programmable work programs can be stored sequentially, all processing unit pre-settings as well as the working parameters for the combimelt gluing system for fully automated operation and maximum user comfort
- Electronic control – position points with high precision +/- 1 mm
- Using Beckhoff industrial PC, certain units can be adjusted during machine loading

Working units:
- F – Pre-milling:
For pre-milling workpieces before glue application,
Two 1.5 kW HF motors, with and against feed direction, automatically controlled
- Kc – Double end trimming unit:
With two 0.3 kW high-frequency motors, 12,000 rpm
- Bfc – Rough milling unit
Heavy-duty milling of solid edges and preliminary rounding
- Hft – Fine profiling milling unit (radius)
Two 0.3 kW high-frequency motors, 12,000 rpm, double-sided, automatically adjustable
- AKF – Automated copy milling as universal profiling unit:
Two independent spindles for top/bottom processing and for both edge and corner processing. Automatic switching from chamfering thin edges up to 1 mm to rounding processing
- ZKc – Scraping unit R2

Double-sided processing, automatic control, for rounding
- FZK – Flat scraper for edge finishing and glue joint removal
- GE – Second operation for workpiece guidance (can be folded to or from the machine)
- GS – Gliding fluid spray on the edge
- RS Set – Four-position chemical spraying plus cleaning unit
- ZKc – Scraping unit R1
- WE – Angular stop for precise panel infeed into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition with regular service by OTT (Asamer s.r.o.)
The machine is currently fully in use in production, available for testing – we are gluing with PUR. Pickup possible at the end of 2025.
