With the KSF-mini, all crossbar joints commonly encountered in practice can be produced quickly and with precise fit. Precision is achieved by machining the workpiece on three sides in one clamping operation.

The tool drive is powered by two three-phase motors; workpieces are clamped pneumatically. The profile cutter is designed for the web width. The saw blades used for the flattening process can be set to the dimensions of the profile cutter by means of spacing rings. The swivel device is play-free.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
