A) Composition of the preliminary planing line

• Heavy-duty roller conveyors up to 12,000 mm x 1,800 mm for transport and storage of pallets with dry wooden elements prepared for preliminary planing.

• Scissor lifts with a lifting capacity of 1,200 kg, platform size 1,800 mm x 1,600 mm, for raising pallets with wooden elements to allow operators convenient loading of the planer’s infeed magazine.

• Belt feeders with horizontal infeed magazine, 800 mm length, quantity: 5 units. The magazine can be loaded with elements up to a maximum width of 110 mm, maximum length of 600 mm, and maximum thickness of 100 mm.

• STG-2 planers (5 units) — double-spindle: top and bottom spindles, feed, and chain conveyor for guiding wooden elements.

• STG-4 planers (6 units, including 1 spare) — four-spindle: four-sided planing; top, bottom, right, and left spindles; feed and chain conveyor for guiding wooden elements.

• Intermediate feeders for automatic transfer of wooden elements from the first planer, automatic flipping (top/bottom), and auto-loading into the second four-spindle STG-4 planer – 5 units.

• Chain conveyors with magazine, 6 units (1 spare), used for reworking wooden elements (thickness and width reduction). These conveyors are mounted at the front of the STG-4 planers.

• Outfeed belt conveyor, 25 meters, with sorting table for classifying wooden elements. Stainless steel table, 520 mm width x 13,500 mm length, equipped with a line laser for central alignment of wooden elements.

• 10 workstations for manual sorting of wooden elements by grade and defect, as well as for sorting thin side and end reworks.

• Auxiliary tables for handling so-called reworks and for sorting wooden elements — 11 pcs., 1,500 mm x 400 mm.

• Scissor lifts for euro pallets 1,300 x 900 mm, 22 units, 600 kg lifting capacity.

• Scissor lifts at the two-spindle STG-4 planers, 1,800 x 1,600 mm, 5 units, 1,200 kg lifting capacity.

• Circular saws with rail-mounted trolleys for end trimming and cross-cutting wooden elements — 2 units.

• Pallet loading ramp for wooden elements to be planed — 6 rows with roller conveyors, each 12 meters in length, 1,800 mm wide.

• Roller conveyor warehouse for euro pallets, 170 linear meters, 900 mm wide.
