RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register Office attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public auction with live outcry, with increasing prices, for the individual sale of the assets listed in this notice.
The first auction session will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.
To view the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a date for inspection on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 to express their intent to participate prior to the inspection date.
During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional inspection days, which will be communicated to interested persons.
Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion of the sale price into RON will be made on the date the fiscal invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that day.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction documentation required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 EUR and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 EUR. The documentation may be purchased from the liquidator’s office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant by email.
The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This guarantee, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant was declared successful bidder and will be refunded to the non-winning participants.
In case of identical highest bids, the winner will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.
The payment term is 5 working days from the award time. If full payment is not made, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
