organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the individual sale of the assets specified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj county. In the event of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator and to express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

If a sale is made, the liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion to RON will be done at the exchange rate established by the Romanian National Bank (BNR) on the date of invoice issuance.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender dossier for participation in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with market practices, will contain the auction regulations and will be available from the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 EUR and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets exceeding 5,000 EUR. The dossier can be collected at the liquidator's office or, following a phone request, sent by email to the participant.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. The guarantee, together with the application documents, must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the auction date at the office of the liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset for the successful bidder and refunded to those who are not declared winning bidders.

In case of tied bids, the asset will be awarded to the participant who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest possible time.

The payment term for the asset is 5 working days from the award. If the balance is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will be excluded from further auctions.
