This device allows you to mill treads and risers with high precision and accuracy.
The hand crank enables you to even machine curved butt joints; you can also perform routing on other panel materials, such as worktops.
Equipped with hardened guide rods on which the cross-slide with router moves.
Fitted with ball bearing guide bushings, ensuring the device moves very smoothly, accurately, and safely.
Secured with 4 clamps, the device can be firmly fastened to the stringer or similar workpieces.
The cross-slide features 2 stops each for longitudinal and transverse direction,
including 2 angle gauges,
comes complete with manual, tools, and all accessories.
The longitudinal travel of the router is 750 mm, while the transverse travel has been extended from 75 mm to 320 mm, greatly increasing the range of applications of the device.
To allow for the increased routing travel, a new base frame made from aluminum profiles was fabricated.
The modifications were carried out by a reputable engineering company.
